Product Overview
The ALVRIQ Soil Drilling Bucket is engineered for efficient excavation in soft to medium ground conditions including clay, silt, sandy soil, and loam. It features flat hardened teeth arranged in a straight cutting pattern that shears soil cleanly across the bucket face, giving fast penetration with low tooth wear in soft formations.
The bucket body is fabricated from Q355 structural steel with NM400 wear strips on the cutting edge, bottom door, and side wear zones. The single-bottom door system enables rapid discharge of excavated spoil — opening inward during drilling to retain cuttings, then swinging outward for dumping. A simplified mechanism means fewer moving parts and lower maintenance cost.
A universal kelly box connection (interchangeable with SANY, Zoomlion, XCMG, and BAUER rotary drilling rigs) makes this bucket compatible with virtually all major drill rig brands without modification.
