Product Overview

The ALVRIQ Compound Drilling Bucket is engineered for heterogeneous ground conditions where rock and soil layers alternate within a single borehole. It combines two tooth types on a single bucket: carbide-tipped round-shank teeth on the outer ring for fracturing hard rock, and flat hardened teeth on the inner rows for scooping soil and sediment — eliminating the need to swap buckets when transitioning between layers.

The bucket body is fabricated from Q355 structural steel with Hardox 400 wear plates on the cutting edge, bottom door, and side wear zones. The double-bottom door system enables rapid discharge of excavated material — opening both inward during drilling to retain cuttings and outward for dumping, reducing cycle time by up to 40% compared to single-door designs.

A universal kelly box connection (interchangeable with SANY, Zoomlion, XCMG, and BAUER rotary drilling rigs) makes this bucket compatible with virtually all major drill rig brands without modification.

Key Features

Dual-Stage Teeth

Carbide round-shank teeth on the outer ring fracture rock through point-load concentration, while flat hardened teeth on the inner rows scoop soil and sediment. Eliminates bucket swapping when transitioning between rock and soil layers.

Double-Bottom Doors

Dual hinged bottom doors open outward for rapid discharge and close inward during drilling. Reduces cycle time by up to 40% compared to single-door designs.

Hardox 400 Wear Plates

400 HBW wear-resistant steel on cutting edges, bottom door, and side wear strips. Combined with manual hardfacing overlay on high-friction zones for extended service life in mixed abrasive conditions.

Universal Kelly Box

Interchangeable kelly box fits SANY, Zoomlion, XCMG, and BAUER rotary drilling rigs. No adapter needed — simply bolt on and start drilling.

Suitable Ground Conditions

Recommended For

Rock & soil layers Weathered rock with clay Sandstone with soil Shale with overburden Mixed sedimentary

Not Recommended For

Pure soft clay Very hard rock (>50 MPa) Large boulders
