Product Overview

The ALVRIQ Cleaning Drilling Bucket is a specialized tool for cleaning borehole bottoms after primary excavation. After a drilling bucket or core barrel removes the main spoil, loose sediment, cuttings, and debris inevitably settle at the hole bottom. The cleaning bucket features a wide flat scraper blade that sweeps the borehole base clean in a single pass, ensuring a debris-free foundation before rebar insertion and concrete pouring.

The bucket body is fabricated from Q355 structural steel with NM400 wear strips on the scraper blade edge and bottom door. The single-bottom door system opens during descent to avoid disturbing sediment layers, then closes on the upward pull to retain collected debris — a reverse-action design that maximizes cleaning efficiency per cycle.

A universal kelly box connection (interchangeable with SANY, Zoomlion, XCMG, and BAUER rotary drilling rigs) makes this bucket compatible with virtually all major drill rig brands without modification.

Key Features

Flat Scraper Blade

Wide flat blade with NM400 hardened edge sweeps across the full borehole diameter, collecting loose cuttings and sediment in a single rotation. The simple geometry ensures maximum contact area with the hole bottom.

Reverse-Action Door

Single-bottom door opens on descent to avoid pushing sediment aside, then closes on the upward pull to trap debris inside the bucket. This reverse-action design collects more spoil per cycle than standard buckets.

NM400 Wear Strips

NM400 (400 HBW) wear-resistant steel strips on scraper blade and bottom door. Provides extended service life when cleaning abrasive sandy or gravelly sediment at the borehole base.

Universal Kelly Box

Interchangeable kelly box fits SANY, Zoomlion, XCMG, and BAUER rotary drilling rigs. No adapter needed — simply bolt on and start cleaning.
