DRILLING BUCKETS — TYPE 06

Bucket with Auger

Integrated auger flight on a Q355/NM400 bucket body with carbide cutting teeth. Designed for stiff clay, compacted soil, and dense sediment where standard buckets clog — the auger blade lifts and breaks material while the bucket collects spoil simultaneously.

Product Overview

The ALVRIQ Bucket with Auger combines a standard drilling bucket body with an integrated auger flight mounted inside the cylindrical shell. As the bucket rotates, the auger blade spirals material upward, breaking stiff clay and compacted soil that would otherwise clog a plain bucket, while carbide cutting teeth on the bottom ring slice through the formation simultaneously.

The bucket body is fabricated from Q355 structural steel with NM400 wear strips on the auger flight edge, cutting ring, and bottom door. The single-bottom door system enables rapid discharge of excavated spoil — opening inward during drilling to retain cuttings, then swinging outward for dumping.

A universal kelly box connection (interchangeable with SANY, Zoomlion, XCMG, and BAUER rotary drilling rigs) makes this bucket compatible with virtually all major drill rig brands without modification.

Key Features

Integrated Auger Flight

Helical auger blade welded inside the bucket shell spirals material upward during rotation, breaking and lifting stiff clay that would clog a standard bucket. The dual-action design drills and loosens simultaneously for faster penetration.

Carbide Cutting Teeth

Flat carbide-tipped teeth on the bottom cutting ring slice through compacted soil and dense sediment. Combined with the auger action, this prevents clay from packing solid inside the bucket.

NM400 Wear Strips

NM400 (400 HBW) wear-resistant steel strips on auger flight edge, cutting ring, and bottom door. Provides extended service life in abrasive, sticky clay formations.

Universal Kelly Box

Interchangeable kelly box fits SANY, Zoomlion, XCMG, and BAUER rotary drilling rigs. No adapter needed — simply bolt on and start drilling.
