The ALVRIQ Core Barrel with Round Shank Chisel is designed for general-purpose coring operations in soil, clay, and soft to medium rock formations. Its single-wall construction provides a straightforward, cost-effective solution for extracting cylindrical core samples during geotechnical investigations and foundation drilling.
The barrel body is fabricated from Q355 structural steel with Hardox 400 wear protection on the cutting edge. Flat cutting teeth are arranged in a radial pattern to provide clean, even penetration — producing intact core samples suitable for laboratory analysis.
An open-top configuration allows for easy sample extraction after each coring cycle. The universal kelly box connection (interchangeable with SANY, Zoomlion, XCMG, and BAUER rotary drilling rigs) ensures broad compatibility without modification.
