Product Overview
The ALVRIQ Core Barrel with Roller Bits is purpose-built for coring through hard and weathered rock formations where standard core barrels cannot perform. Tungsten carbide-tipped teeth deliver point-load concentration that fractures rock efficiently, while the reinforced barrel wall maintains structural integrity under high-torque drilling conditions.
The barrel body is fabricated from Q355 structural steel with Hardox 400 wear plates on the cutting edge and barrel wall. Carbide teeth are socket-mounted and rotate freely to self-sharpen, distributing wear evenly across the cutting face for extended service life.
A universal kelly box connection (interchangeable with SANY, Zoomlion, XCMG, and BAUER rotary drilling rigs) ensures broad compatibility without modification. Each barrel is concentricity-tested before dispatch to guarantee straight, true coring performance.

Key Features
Rolling Cutter Bits
Carbide-tipped teeth with self-rotating socket mount. Each tooth turns freely during drilling to self-sharpen and distribute wear evenly, maximizing cutting life in abrasive rock.
Reinforced Barrel Wall
Thicker barrel wall with Hardox 400 reinforcement handles high-torque drilling without deformation. Maintains barrel concentricity for straight, true coring in hard formations.
Hardox 400 Wear Protection
400 HBW wear-resistant steel on cutting edge and barrel wall. Combined with hardfacing overlay on high-friction zones for extended service life in abrasive rock conditions.
Universal Kelly Box
Interchangeable kelly box fits SANY, Zoomlion, XCMG, and BAUER rotary drilling rigs. No adapter needed — simply bolt on and start drilling.
